This is so addictive! Ive just spent an hour answering emails and going onto my facebook account and commenting on others. I really should be doing something else like ironing or cleaning. Yawwwnn! Anyway, a little update.
A really sadistic device, an electronic fly killer was purchased the other day.I wasnt impressed and I said so.However, Ive just spent another 10minutes using the damn thing.
Now the house is filled with the aroma of frying invertebrates, along with roast lamb.
I need forgiveness again I think.

Having wasted over an hour on Facebook yesterday evening myself....as you well know!.....I'm surprised I could find time today to check ot your Blog!
As for forgiveness....well, anyone would think you had been brought up as a Catholic...or perhaps it's your Buddhist tendencies creating such concern for flies and insects that, incidentally, have no such conscience about helping to spread a wide range of diseases in your general direction!.....I suppose it was about enjoying the killing though eh?xx
I seem to remember that Roman Catholicism figured quite highly in the family......
invertebrates ...consciences....hmmm...no brains...rudimentary nervous systems...probably no conciences either.But if they did have , Im sure they wouldnt like being fried! And, yes, it is about the killing.
....please reassure me that you KNOW I didn't really think that the "sorely singed" insects had consciences!!...and that you KNOW the Cathlic mention was deliberately tongue in cheek!x
